About the Opportunity

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong foundation in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Experience with scaling HR practices in fast-paced, growing organizations
  • Ability to partner closely with department heads for hiring, onboarding, reviews, and retention
  • Understanding of HR compliance, HRMS tools, and data-driven people operations
  • Clarity in communication, empathy in conflict, and initiative in ambiguity

Bonus Points

  • Experience running HR programs across tech/startup environments
  • Proven work in org design, career progression mapping, and leadership coaching
  • Capability to evolve HR from operational to strategic across the org
