What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
- Experience with scaling HR practices in fast-paced, growing organizations
- Ability to partner closely with department heads for hiring, onboarding, reviews, and retention
- Understanding of HR compliance, HRMS tools, and data-driven people operations
- Clarity in communication, empathy in conflict, and initiative in ambiguity
Bonus Points
- Experience running HR programs across tech/startup environments
- Proven work in org design, career progression mapping, and leadership coaching
- Capability to evolve HR from operational to strategic across the org
