- Have 7+ years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations, preferably with an MBA in Human Resources, and 4+ years of experience in Team Management — but never stopped learning.
- Strategist, leader, talent architect, culture builder, change agent — you switch roles seamlessly.
- Think strategically, act empathetically.
- Can design a talent ecosystem and spot a potential people challenge before it impacts the business.
- Are not afraid of complex challenges, but you navigate them with courage, creativity, and a deep understanding of human behavior.
- Can speak talent acquisition, development, engagement, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR technology — all with equal fluency.
- Know when to be a guide, a champion, and a disruptor.
