You:
- Have 10+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with 7+ years in a senior leadership role, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects for enterprise clients — but never stopped learning.
- Strategist, leader, facilitator, innovator, client partner — you switch roles seamlessly.
- Think strategically, act collaboratively.
- Can design a delivery framework and spot a potential risk before it impacts client success.
- Are not afraid of complex challenges, but you navigate them with clarity, decisiveness, and a passion for excellence.
- Can speak project management, ITIL, DevOps, cloud platforms, and client relationship management — all with equal fluency.
- Know when to be a conductor, a coach, and a catalyst.
Bonus If You’ve:
- Helped an organization achieve hyper-growth through exceptional IT service delivery.
- Built and led high-performing delivery teams in a global delivery model (onshore/offshore).
- Implemented Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or automation practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Have experience in managing large-scale IT transformations for enterprise clients.
- Hold PMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
