- Have 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally with a BMS or MBA in HR, and a proven track record of success — but never stopped learning.
- Strategist, hunter, connector, advocate — you switch roles seamlessly.
- Think long-term, act people-first.
- Can design a talent pipeline and spot a rising tech star before anyone else.
- Are not afraid of complex challenges, but you solve them with creativity and empathy.
- Can speak tech, talent, culture, and growth — all in one breath.
- Know when to be a guide and when to be a disruptor.
