Source top tech talent through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and networking.
Screen and assess candidates based on technical expertise and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person).
Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
Maintain a structured candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience by keeping applicants informed at every stage.
Facilitate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes efficiently.
Experience: 5+ years in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical skills, IT roles, and hiring trends.
Recruitment Tools: Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, job boards, and social media recruitment.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
Educational Qualification: Preferably BMS, MBA in Human Resources.

As the UI/UX Des:gner you Will act as the creative and user translator for the rest of the team, You Will be collaborating and working closely With the Product Manager and the development teams and the clients to ensure the front end IS always easy to use and ahead of the game.
As the UX lead you Will be required to present to both internal and external stakeholders. to ensure all concepts, designs and changes are presented clearly. Research must be completed throughly and utilise customer knowledge and Insights as well as market trends.
