You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally with a BMS or MBA in HR, and a proven track record of success — but never stopped learning.
  • Strategist, hunter, connector, advocate — you switch roles seamlessly.
  • Think long-term, act people-first.
  • Can design a talent pipeline and spot a rising tech star before anyone else.
  • Are not afraid of complex challenges, but you solve them with creativity and empathy.
  • Can speak tech, talent, culture, and growth — all in one breath.
  • Know when to be a guide and when to be a disruptor.

Bonus If You’ve:

  • Helped an organization scale rapidly and build a strong employer brand in the tech space.
  • Implemented innovative recruitment technologies and talent analytics solutions.
  • Built and fostered a diverse, equitable, and inclusive tech workforce.
  • Led recruitment initiatives in high-growth tech/startup environments.
