What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
  • Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs, UI components, and scalable web applications
  • Ability to write clean, modular code, and perform debugging, testing, and refactoring
  • Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership of assigned modules
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), browser dev tools, and performance optimization

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Next.js, WebSockets, Redis, or working with cloud platforms
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and automation to optimize development
  • An eye for UX/UI and a passion for scalable architecture
