- Think strategically, act collaboratively.
- Can design a project roadmap and spot a potential risk before it derails progress.
- Are not afraid of complex challenges, but you navigate them with clarity and decisiveness.
- Can speak Agile, Scrum, technology, and business value — all with equal fluency.
- Know when to be a guide and when to be a champion.
