About the Opportunity

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and performance optimization
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases
• Clean, modular code writing and debugging practices
• Comfort with Git, CI/CD tools, and working in agile teams

Bonus Points

• Experience with asynchronous programming, microservices, or task queues (like Celery)
• Smart use of AI tools to optimize workflows or accelerate coding
• Experience in scaling systems or contributing to open-source/backend infrastructure
