What We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability to identify and qualify B2B opportunities, especially in tech/product or digital transformation
  • Strong understanding of solution-selling, proposal writing, and client engagement
  • Ability to work closely with delivery and product teams to shape what’s promised and how it’s delivered
  • Ownership of full sales cycle — from first touchpoint to closing, onboarding, and expansion
  • Clear communicator, problem-solver, and listener with long-term thinking

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, digital services, or software products
  • Prior experience handling RFPs, enterprise accounts, or channel relationships
  • Data-driven, CRM-friendly, and comfortable with weekly targets + long-cycle deals
