You:

  • Have 7+ years of experience in HR (Recruitment and Operations), ideally with an MBA in HR, and 4+ years of team management experience — but never stopped learning.
  • Strategist, leader, coach, advocate — you switch roles seamlessly.
  • Think strategically, act empathetically.
  • Can design a talent strategy and spot a potential people challenge before it impacts the business.
  • Are not afraid of complex challenges, but you navigate them with courage and compassion.
  • Can speak talent acquisition, development, engagement, and culture — all with equal fluency.
  • Know when to be a guide and when to be a champion.

  • Helped an organization scale rapidly and build a strong employer brand.
  • Implemented innovative HR technologies and data analytics solutions.
