Manage End to End Recruitment for the Company and its reputed clients.
Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company, multi-level hiring, and people management.
Ability to organize and run hiring drives in office/college campuses.
Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
Performance Management – Ability to facilitate business leaders in developing KRAs & KPI metrics for their teams, responsible for rolling out Performance Management System, organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
Employee Engagement – Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the organization and business by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives, planning a calendar of activities, organizing events, and increasing the level of employee engagement for on-floor as well as remote Team members.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
Formulate Policies and programs in line with the vision of the company.
Administering Compensation & Benefits program in line with the government legislations.
First point of contact for any employee grievances and ensure its timely resolution.
Preferably MBA in Human Resources.
7+ years of experience in HR Recruitment and Operations.
5+ years of experience in Team Management.
Outstanding experience in interacting with business managers, responding to complex employee queries, advising & mentoring managers.
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

As the UI/UX Des:gner you Will act as the creative and user translator for the rest of the team, You Will be collaborating and working closely With the Product Manager and the development teams and the clients to ensure the front end IS always easy to use and ahead of the game.
As the UX lead you Will be required to present to both internal and external stakeholders. to ensure all concepts, designs and changes are presented clearly. Research must be completed throughly and utilise customer knowledge and Insights as well as market trends.
