The Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

We’re revolutionizing how our clients experience technology. This isn’t about tickets. It’s about trust.

You will:

  • Architect support solutions that empower our clients — think like a builder, act like a guardian.
  • Design and implement proactive support strategies that minimize disruptions.
  • Be the trusted advisor to our clients and the technical backbone of our support team.
  • Set up systems that enable clients to thrive and innovate with our solutions.
  • Scale client satisfaction, system reliability, and team expertise — not just ticket closures.

Who You Are (Really):

You’re not looking for a job. You’re looking for a purpose.
A forge. A laboratory. A studio. A stage.
You’ve seen how tech support is done — and you’re obsessed with how it could be done better.

You:

  • Have at least 2 – 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field, preferably with enterprise software — but never stopped learning.
  • Troubleshooter, analyst, communicator, educator — you switch roles seamlessly.
  • Think system-wide, act user-focused.
  • Can design a support workflow and spot a potential system bottleneck before it impacts users.
  • Are not afraid of complex technical challenges, but you solve them with clarity and efficiency.
  • Can speak SQL, SDLC, APIs, and SLAs — all in one breath.
  • Know when to be a detective and when to be a diplomat.

Bonus If You’ve:

  • Helped an organization build a support knowledge base or self-service portal.
  • Implemented automation tools to streamline support processes.
  • Worked with cloud-based platforms or AI-driven solutions.
  • Led support initiatives in high-growth tech/startup environments.

What You’ll Get:

  • A seat at the innovation table, not just the help desk.
  • Freedom to shape support methodologies and tools, your way.
  • Ownership of client success stories and the stability of critical systems.
  • The chance to leave a legacy of reliability, not just a queue clearance.
  • Compensation that values your expertise and rewards your problem-solving.
