• Scale our engineering capabilities, product innovation, and market impact — not just code output.

• Have 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles, and a proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams — but never stopped learning.

• Think strategically, act collaboratively.
• Can design a technology roadmap and spot a game-changing opportunity before anyone else.
• Are not afraid of complex challenges, but you navigate them with clarity, decisiveness, and a passion for excellence.
• Can speak cloud architecture, software design, AI/ML concepts, and business strategy — all with equal fluency.
• Know when to be a conductor, a coach, and a catalyst.
